Trailer Storage Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement is between Squaw Mountain Pioneers Master Condominium Association, as agent for Squaw Mountain Pioneers I and II (“Lessor”), also known as Squaw Mountain Village (SMV) and the “Lessee” (“Owner”) identified hereinafter.


That in consideration of rents, covenants, and agreements reserved and contained as set out below on the part of the Lessee, the Lessor does hereby agree to lease space at the “designated trailer parking location” as hereinafter set forth:

Invoice/Rent: The rate for space allocated to your trailer for the season 2026 is $100.00 (one hundred dollars). The rent is payable in full at the execution of this Agreement. Payment and this signed Agreement are due by July 31, 2026. Upon receipt of payment and a signed agreement, you will receive a decal in the mail to assign to your trailer or you may have SMV personnel apply.


Terms of this Agreement:

  1. All rental fees will be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  2. It is expressly agreed by the Lessee that the Lessor is not in any way an insurer to the Lessee’s property or family, invitees, or agents. The Lessor shall not be liable for personal injury, loss of life, property loss, or property damage to the above Owner's/Lessee's described trailer or accessories, or the contents thereof, due to fire, theft, vandalism, collision, windstorm, hurricane rain, or other casualty loss, or the negligence of the Lessor, its employees or agents. The Lessee, family, invitees, employees, agents, heirs, assigns, and/or subrogee, hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Lessor and its employees and agents for any and all liability for personal injury, loss of life, and property damage relative to the use of all trailer parking areas...

    1. in connection with the Lessee’s trailer and accessories while it is on the premises, in storage or otherwise, on the storage area, being moved or stored in the area;

    2. for any loss or damage to the Lessee’s, trailer and accessories or contents thereof due to fire, theft, vandalism, and/or collision; and

    3. in windstorm, rain, hurricane, or other casualty loss, whether or not caused by the Lessor facilities.

Trailer Parking Use Rules for Owners:

  1. Trailer Parking Areas are owned by and are part of the entire SMV Association and open to be rented only by owners in good standing. No individual Owner has the right to convey in a unit sale or sublease any SMV Trailer Parking site that Owner happens to be renting from SMV at any given time.

  2. Owners may have multiple trailer storage rentals, with a separate registration and fee for each trailer.

  3. The annual storage fee for an owner’s trailer is $100.00 per trailer.

  4. Owners have the option to purchase a “Membership” Trailer Parking Pass for their unit to include all incoming and outgoing trailers including renters, visitors, guests, and tenants for an annual fee of $300.00. (Also found under “Trailer Parking Use Rules for Renters” below.)

  5. All trailers must be registered to an SMV unit owner who has (a) submitted a current registration by way of this signed Agreement, and (b) provided the annual rental fee which shall be delivered no later than July 31st annually.

  6. Trailer owners will be issued a decal that needs to be placed on the tongue of the trailer showing proof of registration each year.

    1. By way of this Agreement, (1) completed application, (2) a copy of the Owner’s current trailer registration, and (3) payment check must be returned to SMV by July 31, 2026.

  7. All trailers must be stored in the designated areas, as determined by Lessor.

  8. The use of the grounds is limited to owners and guests.

  9. Trailers that aren’t registered under this program will be asked to be removed from the grounds.

Trailer Parking Use Rules for Renters:

  1. Renters, tenant, visitor, or guest will be allowed the use of Trailer Parking Site upon completion of the Temporary Registration Form and payment at the clubhouse. Temporary Fee will be $25.00 for a 3 Day pass or $50.00 for a 7 Day pass.

  2. All trailers must display a valid state registration plate to be identified.

  3. Temporary parking pass will be affixed to either the truck or the trailer providing its properly registered.

  4. Owners have the option to purchase a “Membership” Trailer Parking Pass for their unit to include all incoming and outgoing trailers including renters, visitors, guests, and tenants for an annual fee of $300.00.

Renter Information

In summary, to rent trailer parking, the below requested information and payment must
be received no later then July 31, 2026:

  1. A copy of the Owner’s current trailer registration for 2026.

  2. The current 2026 seasonal rental fee of $100.00 payable to Squaw Mtn. Village.

  3. If you are doing a "Membership" Parking Pass, please send $300.

  4. If you can't upload your registration then mail it to the address below.
